Administration and Accounting
Our administrative team provide support to the company in many
ways, from keeping track of our contracts, liaising with
customers, typing, filing and manning our reception to
sourcing training for our team. We expect our team to be smart,
articulate, friendly and have the highest level of accuracy.
Attention to detail is essential, as is a genuine commitment to
customer service.
Our finance department deal with all aspects of our accounting
procedures. Their role includes data entry, posting of
depreciation and other journal entries, payroll, credit control,
purchase ledger and CIS compliance. All finance personnel are
expected to have extensive experience of Sage Line 50, Sage
Payroll and Sage Job Costing, together with a high level of
accuracy.
